  4. Pulmonary Sarcoidosis There is bilateral right greater than left hilar enlargement and pleural thickening.

  5. Pulmonary Sarcoidosis - Hilar Adenopathy There is bilateral hilar enlargement - greater on the right (yellow); and, pleural thickening. Also labeled: aortic arch, descending thoracic aorta, and left ventricle in red. Right atrium in blue. Bowel gas (colon with haustra) under left heart.

  6. Pulmonary Sarcoidosis - Hilar Adenopathy There is bilateral right greater than left hilar enlargement and pleural thickening.

  7. Pulmonary Sarcoidosis - Hilar Adenopathy There is bilateral right greater than left hilar enlargement and pleural thickening. Notice how the bilateral hilar adenopathy resembles potatoes.
