National Stakeholder Team for Pesticide Safety Education Program Funding • 35-40 team members • Chaired by: • Carol Somody, Syngenta • Liza Fleeson, VDACS – Office of Pesticide Services • Team will look at funding issue to determine solutions • AAPSE – 9 members serving, discussions • Industry, SLA, Federal stakeholders

Professional Development • Expand role in professional development • Every other year • AAPSE workshop at a regional location • Complement NPATC Workshop • Compatible with regional meetings • South, NE, West, and North Central • Rotate from region to region • Other opportunities • Webinars, teleconferences, etc. • Mini-grants to states to host activities

  5. Spring AAPCO • AAPSE working with AAPCO to support spring workshop • Canvasing membership to determine: • Role in Food Safety • Role in Fracking Safety • Other topics of mutual interest
