But, they participated to the meeting via msn and e-mail. The kick-off meeting started with the speech of the Director of Kocaeli Local Education Directorate and continued with the presentations of the partners’ institutions. Information about our project activities, outputs and results were introduced by the coordinator. Kocaeli University Distance Learning Center was visited where the partners were informed about the center for its activities and experiences of e-learning. At this meeting, it was also discussed about the Transfer of Innovation Project which will be made at the end of the Project. The partners decided to prapare a Project in the frame of improving e-learning experiences of VET teachers. All partners will make a detailed search to transfer a project and the final decision will be made at the 3rd meeting in Slovakia. 2

The applied questionnaires were assessed by using SPSS programme and a academical evaluation report was written. E-learning opportunities and e-learning practices in partners’ countries were searched. The results were presented at the 2nd meeting in Düsseldorfand the evaluation report of the questionnaire also takes place at our project web page (www.e-aware.eu). 3

Workpage 4 Dissimination Activities : The goal of this workpage is to increase the efficiency of our project in different environments; After signing the agreements; the activities have started and the project was announced in different local newspapers and media. An information meeting was made to Kütahya Local Education Directorate and its managers. Project web site was designed by our German partner ZWH (www.e-aware.eu) and it was also linked to our school web site (http://www.aatem.k12.tr/?PageID=106). Roll ups were prepared to be used at project information meetings in Kutahya. Posters, promotional products and leaflets were prepared by our Slovakian partner and were presented at the 2nd meeting in Düsseldorf. From September 2012, they will be printed and distributed. 4

A presentation of the project activities was prepared by our school Project team and was presented to 48 teachers and administrators. The information meetings for teachers and administrators will be also carried out in September and October 2012. We will distribute leaflets, promotion products and posters to the participants at this meetings to focus their interest to our project and e-learning. Also a short flashvideo will be prepared for these meetings by our Slovakian partner which shows the advantages ofe-learning. Conclusions and Recommendations : One of the most important outcomes of the Aware Project is to prepare a Transfer of Innovation project by the benefits of its outputs. Each partner should have searched a Project to transfer which is parallel to our project. We also give great importance to the conference which will be held on June 2013 Kutahya/Turkey. It will be announced in local and national media and high-level participation will take part at this international conference. We hope that we can achieve this goal with our project partners. 5
