  3. Career Goals • Short Term (2-3 years) • Joining my family business and help in growing it. • Starting a footwear manufacturing unit in India for global giants such as Adidas and Nike. • Long Term (5-10 years) • CIO and CEO of the Family Business organization.

  4. Future… • In 10 years, I would like to have achieved the title of “Entrepreneur of the year”

  6. Steps in achieving the goals Practice and Learning • Previous experience in family business • Summer Internship • Join the family business under indirect supervision • Increased interaction with experienced people both within and outside the organization.
