Subtract PM Admin Hours and new Retail Hours from Workload Value and divide total by 308 if open 6 days, 257 if open 5 days. New total earned per day is 3.0043 Step 2 Divide new retail earned by 257 if retail is open 5 days or 282.5 if open 5.5 days. For this office we divide 233.2/282.5 Equals .826 Step 3 Add daily retail .826 to the daily earned from Step 1. 3.004 plus .826 equals 3.83. This is the total daily hours earned POStPlan SOV
