  4. Mettere in pratica il metodo sperimentale: Le piante compiono la fotosintesi e liberano ossigeno nell’atmosfera. La fotosintesi avviene anche al buio?(osservazione e interrogativo) Ipotizziamo di SI. (ipotesi) Previsione: se le piante compiono la fotosintesi anche al buio allora avviene al buio anche la produzione di ossigeno

  5. Esperimento: prova controllo e prova sperimentale (verifica sperimentale): 2 contenitori pieni d’acqua con piantina acquatica; luce e buio ; colorante bromotimolo- resta blu in presenza ossigeno, diventa giallo con anidride carbonica La produzione di ossigeno e quindi la fotosintesi non avviene al buio (conclusione)
