Carbohydrates are the macronutrients that each and every human being require in an abundant amount in order to carry out our daily tasks and follow the regime of our lives, it is known to fill you up with a lot of energy, making you feel happy and therefore carrying out tasks without letting your body to stay into the weak stage. There are a lot of arguments and discussions about how bad carbohydrates can turn out to be for your body but for the starters you must know that carbohydrates are the most important thing that you need in your daily routine. Diets like Ketogenic diet and many more limits your carbs upto a certain level and with all the carb cutting you fall short of energy as well and in turn you feel fatigue, dull and accept it or not, diets which devoid you of natural food for too long can never be good for your health and a human body can not follow it for a long span. So, here we are giving you the tips and differentiating between the right and the wrong carbs. First of, there are two forms of carbs, simple and complex. Simple carbs are known to be harmful for body as they settle themselves in the form of fat and doesn’t require any mechanism to get out of the body, instead they settle themselves in the form of fat. Complex carbohydrates on the other hand makes your body work and digests the food soon after you consume it, so here are a few examples of complex carbs vs simple carbs. 1-Chose Brown rice over white rice White rice is known to be the source of empty and useless calories where as brown rice is loaded with a lot of nutrients that can fill your body with energy, is rich in vitamins and has a lot of fibre which will make you feel full for a long period of time. The antioxidants in the brown rice are a boon. White rice is majorly used for filling up but doesn’t pump your body with all these amazing things that brown rice can. 2-Chose Brown bread over white bread White breads are made up of half wheat flour which is the worst thing that you can consume on a daily basis. White breads are the major reason for fat these days. People are relying a lot on breads these days, and choosing brown bread over white bread can be a little start of eating healthy. Brown breads are seen to have more fibre and variety of vitamins than white bread. 3- Choose fibre rich fruits over juices and soda No wonder why we get attracted to juices cans and soda bottles much more easily than we get to fruits, the attractive appearance, the mouth drooling taste is enough to devoid you of the healthy lifestyle that you are craving for. Fruits contain fibre sand when we consume them directly, we do not eradicate even a tad bit of vitamins or minerals that gets eradicated when we extract the juice out of that fruit, so always choose for the best because you deserve it. Now, when you already know the difference between the complex carbohydrates and simple carbohydrates, decide the best for your body, dig into the details of something rather than believing in myths spread these days. Complex carbohydrates are starches and are made up of long sugar molecule chains and therefore requires a lot of energy for digestion which in turn keeps your metabolism well and you body healthy.
