Interview tests your knowledge and ability to handle the job. Hiring managers want to know how you can add value to their organization and benefit them in the longer run. Although preparing for an interview is stressful, here are some amazing tips on how to handle the most common types of Interviews. Before we jump in, let us remind you to research about the company before going for an interview and always be on time. Try to reach 15 minutes early to the interview location so you get a few minutes to get acquainted with the new place. Technical Interview For those who come from a technical background, a technical round of an interview with a set of SMEs is mandatory when they attend a job interview. Technical interview tests your ability to solve complex programming problems and knowledge about technical terms. Here are a few tips to ace your next technical round of interview.

Be prepared with all the technical know-how related to the job.  Create a list of sample technical questions and practice them thoroughly.  Ask the interviewer to repeat the question if something is unclear.  Take your time and give precise and/or descriptive answers as needed.  Make sure you do the final check of your technical test before you submit it to the  interviewer. HR Interview In this round of the interview, you interact with the Hiring Manager. HR Interviews are one-to-one and are often referred to as personal interviews.
