  2. BACKGROUND OF MYANMAR • The military party has killed them curly in 1988,August 8. The military did election for democracy in 1991. The National langue for democracy(NLD),the leader of Ms.Aung San SuuKyi (Her father was died for the independence of Burma in 1947),won the election(80)percent seats successfully in 1991. But the military ruling party did not release their authority to this elected party(NLD). • At once, Ms.Aung San suukyi has been house arrested since 1991 and till 2003. • In 2003,the military released Aung San Suukyi and she visited many Cities and villages. Because of too much crowds and wanted to hear her message they put her again in house arrested till 2010. • From September 16-27,2007, many Monks, students and public of Burma have protests for getting democracy and human right. The UN(United Nations) and some Asian Countries are helping us to get democracy. • In 2010,Democracy election was done and the Democracy movement is going now. Right now the Government is more opening for humanitarians works in our Country.

  3. Poverty • Most of the people are below Poverty, extremely poor in their daily life. • Not to say about their Medical insurance, struggling for their daily food on what to eat • Most of the people are getting income bellow $.1 per day.

  4. Health insurance • They have no health insurance in their daily life because even they do not enough for their daily food. • When they are facing sickness and diseases, they cannot afford to go to Hospital and Clinic because of Financial problem in their families. • Because of this result, many parents and Children died.

  5. Rest rooms • Now we are working in the Village of Tharya Kung has (300) houses, they have only(three Rest rooms) for the whole Villages. Almost all of them were gone for rest rooms into the Jungle(under the forest trees).

  6. Water • Many people are drinking unclean water. Some Villages are waiting for the rain to come into the Lake and take it out from the Lake. • Some are having hands Pump and Wells in the Villages, all these are unclean water especially during the rainy Season. • Because of these, many people are facing with water born diseases and Diary and loose motion.

  7. EDUCATION • (90)percentage are uneducated Men and Women. • Because this poverty, they cannot afford their education, Schooling. • Because of this, many Parents have been left their Children. And they have to work in Tea stall at the age of their 11 Year old and gone for Human trafficking.

  8. ORPHANS • In Myanmar, because of this poverty, people cannot afford for Medical treatment and died before their times. • Many Orphans in Myanmar need to help food, to stay houses and medical treatment too. • Because this reason, many Girls and boys are going into Human trafficking before their age of 11 year old.
