  2. Who is Anne Geddes…? Why did I choose Anne Geddes…? Anne Geddes was born in Australia. She now lives and works in New Zealand. She thinks of herself as “a baby freak.” She also designs baby clothes. I chose Anne Geddes because I love little kids and it fascinated me how she got the infants to pose so well.

  3. What does Anne Geddes take pictures of. She mainly is known for her work with babies and motherhood. Most of her photography is with babies or young children dressed as fairies and fairytale creatures, flowers, or small animals.

  5. Why did she choose photography? She became a photographer at the age of 25. She did have a long interest of photography , but the school she attended did not offer photography classes. She chose babies as her subject because she loves babies. She prefers black and white to color because there are less distractions, allowing the viewer to focus on the image.

  6. 3 interesting FACTS Anne Geddes got married in Hong Kong. And lived there for several years after. Her and Kel her husband started a business together. She moved around a lot. But she lives in New Zealand now.
