VOTING ITEMS • COPMGRR034, Updates to the Market Notice Communication Process (Vote) – requesting TAC approval, would be effective 12/1/13 • LPGRR050, Changes the Review of Additional Validations from a Quarterly Review to an Annual Review – Urgent (Vote) - requesting TAC approval, would be effective 12/1/13  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • COPMGRR036, Alignment with NPRR570, Reduce RTM Settlement Timeline to Operating Day Plus Five – Urgent (Vote) – Request TAC to table COPMGRR036 for one month to allow for Board approval of NPRR570 (at the Board on 11/19/13).  With TAC approval in December, COPMGRR036 would be effective 1/1/14. 

  3. OTHER • MISUG MEETING/WORKSHOP SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 12, TUESDAY IN LIEU OF THE REGULAR COPS MEETING • NEXT COPS MEETING IS ON DECEMBER 3, TUESDAY, 2013
