  2. From IBB to TTF During IBB several complex issues were brought to the table • Teacher Collaboration was agreed upon • 2011-2014 Agreement, Section 6.5 • Development of MOU to address remaining issues • Transformation Task Force

  3. Tentative Agreement: MOUTransformation Task Force Steering Committee: equal representation, consensus decision making Task Force Committee: sub-committees, consensus decision making Role of the Task Force: Design the optimal school day

  4. From IBB to TTF TTF Work will be based on the agreed upon Values & Beliefs • We value maximizing student learning • We value a differentiated structure of the professional teaching day • We value the multi-faceted aspects of the school community

  5. Critical Questions The TTF work will begin by addressing these critical questions • What is the optimal day for our students? • What is working, currently? • What is not working, currently? • What do teachers need to be successful? • How does current research support the work of the TTF?
