  3. Staff conventions The type of activity must be specified. e.g.: „for an amount of 490 researcher hours.“ „for an amount of 20 administrative hours.“ etc.

  4. Co-financing Indirect costs can not be claimed as co-financing Only eligible costs (staff, travel, equipment) can be co-financed

  5. Travel reports New Form: We have to use a new form for travel reports, which is available on the Wiki Report 6 Questions: Please answer the questions in the sense of what occurred during the meeting, what are your plans for the next months, etc. The answers to these questions should be about ½ to 1 page. Exchange rates: All costs must be calculated in Euros at the date of the purchase! The official exchange rate for that month must be used. http://ec.europa.eu/budget/inforeuro Ticket purchase in December: Exchange rate of December Insurance bought in January: Exchange rate of January Travel related costs (taxis, trains,..) Exchange rate of the month of the trip.

  6. Travel reports NOT REQUIRED: Hotel, Restaurant, Extras ..invoices (included in per diem) NOT ELIGIBLE COST: “Travels” within your own city. Travel to other countries than consortium members (unless prior authorisation) PLEASE: Do not include minimal costs. They cause very much work for administration

  7. Taxes Taxes are not eligible. This does not apply for: Travels abroad: taxes incurred in the host country, (on train tickets, taxis, etc)

  8. Dissemination Event 4th Arab Cleaner Production Workshop 8th – 10th March, 2010 Amman, Jordan For the Arab Cleaner Production Workshop in Amman, permission has been obtained for travelling to Jordan, even though it is not a partner country in our project. Registration fees & accommodation All participants 140 USD Participants with accepted abstracts 70 USD Included: max. 4 nights accommodation including breakfast. See brochure distributed.
