Improving Rural and Agricultural Statistics: Global Strategy

This text discusses the governance structure of the Global Strategy to Improve Rural and Agricultural Statistics, with a focus on the three levels of governance: global, regional, and national. It emphasizes the importance of involving countries, resource partners, regional organizations, and other stakeholders in decision-making processes to ensure the voice of beneficiaries is heard. Furthermore, it highlights good practices in Asia/Pacific and Latin America/Caribbean regions, including the involvement of NSOs, Ministries of Agriculture, technical and financial partners, researchers, global steering committees, and farmers associations.
