  2. Module Objectives: • Create a New Folder - Copy • Create a New Folder - Paste • Rename the Folder

  3. Create a New Folder - Copy Folder to be Copied In the Navigation Tree, click the folder one level above the one you would like to copy so that it opens in the Workspace to the right.

  4. Create a New Folder - Copy In the Workspace, right click the folder to be copied and select "Add to Clipboard“.

  5. Create a New Folder – Paste New Folder to be Pasted Here In the Navigation Tree, click the folder one level above where the new folder is to be pasted.

  6. Create a New Folder – Paste Click the "Edit" menu and select "Copy Here", to copy the folder under the folder you selected.

  7. Create a New Folder A copy of that folder will be created as shown above.

  8. Rename the Folder In the Navigation Tree, click the folder one level above so the copied folder opens in the Workspace to the right.

  9. Rename the Folder Right click the folder and select "Properties".

  10. Rename the Folder Type in the correct name and click 'OK" to finalize. Notes: When renaming, be sure to follow the numbering format already established (01.01, 01.02, 01.03, etc.) so that searches and reports properly identify this folder. If the folder includes the “(S)” at the end, add it at the end of the new folder name as well so that the GE team knows the folder contents can be seen and shared with the Customer group.
