New Internet Site has Three Data Sources: • Profiles of Academic Majors (PAM) • Organized by unit (majors, colleges, etc.) • 10 years of selected student data • Enrollment Data • Headcounts and Student Credit Hours (SCH) • Final counts for each term for the previous year as well as final counts for each completed term for the present year • GSU Fact Book • Student, Faculty, Staff and University data • Primarily covers previous year Navigating the GSU IR Website

Profiles of Academic Majors: • Is a .pdf (portable document file): Click “Profile of Academic Majors Fall 2007” to open the file. • It can be navigated by using the Adobe bookmark feature ( ) • You will find: • An overview by academic major of frequently requested statistics, e.g., degrees awarded in the previous fiscal year, plus • Three pages of statistics for each academic unit of the university • Entire University • Colleges • Majors Navigating the GSU IR Website

Profiles of Academic Majors: Table 1 • All data are from fall terms • Data include: • Number of enrolled majors • Number of enrolled females • Number of enrolled minorities • Numbers of full-time and part-time enrollees • Total SCH for which students are enrolled • Full-time equivalent (FTE) enrollees calculated using both GSU’s and IBHE’s definitions • Average credit hour load • Average age Navigating the GSU IR Website
