  1. PEMDAS ByChristianMartinez

  2. A REASON • The reason we need PEMDAS is so we can solve mixed equations because if we didn't have it we couldn’t solve equations like this. 8×8+4÷(4×2)-32

  3. Pemdas Pemdas has many acronyms like Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally. Mine is People Excite My Dr. Adam Sandler.

  4. What is PEMDAS PEMDAS P stands for parenthesis it looks like this ( ) E stands for exponents which is shown like this 32 M stand for multiplication × D stands for division ÷ A stands for addition + S stands for subtraction -

  5. LINEAR PEMDAS Here's a problem for PEMDAS (3÷3)+5×10-72=2 I worked this problem by using PEMDAS.

  6. Solving the Problem First is parentheses anything in parenthesis is first it will look like this (4+5) or some other things. In my problem I used parentheses so I solve the parentheses by doing this (3÷3) 3÷3=1

  7. Solving the Problem Next is exponents which look like this 23 it isn't like this 3×2 but like this 2×2×2 the three is how many times you multiply the number to its self. The way I solved the exponents was by dong this 72 7×7=49

  8. Solving the Problem After that is multiplication or division which ever come first. 5×10=50

  9. Solving the Problem Last is addition and subtraction you have to do the one that comes first still. 50+1-49=2

  10. The End That’s how you use PEMDAS.
