ATTACCO MULTITIRO 01 DESCRIZIONE: a. il terzino riceve e gioca per l’ala che tira (linee nere); b. lo stesso terzino si ricarica e, simulando una partenza dai 9m, riceve e gioca per il pivot che finge un 1v1 dorsale (linee grigie); c. ancora il terzino si ricarica, e riceve dal centrale per un tiro dai 9m (linee blu). Ripetere la sequenza dall’altro lato. a c PROGRESSIONE: 2v1. COACHING POINTS: 1. duello con il portiere; 2. allenare la tecnica di tiro; 3. cura delle traiettorie con e senza palla; 4. allenare la tattica individuale. b
