It seems like temptation is lurking everywhere, the kitchen cupboards, your desk at work, the children’s dinner, and all those cafes you walk past. Yep, it can be really hard to say no to all that yummy food. However, there are things you can do that will really help to minimise those cravings. Below, we are going to show you how to do this. 1. Listen to your cravings and give them what they want. • Now, before you rush off and eat all the doughnuts, chocolate, sweets, and burgers that you can stuff in, you listen to the cravings BUT you give them the healthy versions. For example, if you’re craving chocolates, sweets, and doughnuts, it’s because your body wants sugar.

  3. These cravings are often spot on with what your body needs. If it is asking for sugar, give it sugar. Give it a sugar such as honey or fruit – even peanut butter on a rice cake is good enough.
