CCWG May 26th Meeting • First Voting Item SCR 755, ERCOT Website Improvements • SCR includes a list of improvements to be made to the ERCOT website • These improvements were created as a result of the 2008 Market Participant Survey Vote to approve the Impact Analysis, Recommendation Report, Cost Benefit Analysis, and CEO Revision Request Review 2

CCWG May 26th Meeting • Second Voting Item COPMGRR 012, Creating Section 11, Disputes and Data Extract Variances • Provides MPs information concerning the Dispute and Data Extract Variance Processes • Dispute portion of Section 11 will be gray boxed until implementation of Texas Nodal Vote to approve the Impact Analysis, Recommendation Report, and CEO Revision Request Review 3

CCWG May 26th Meeting • Third Voting Item COPMGRR 013, Update to Section 3, Organizational Structure • Updates Section 3 to reflect COPS decision to create the Settlements and Extracts Working Group • Removes Data Extracts Working Group and Settlements and Data Extracts Working Group • Adds Settlements and Extracts Working Group (SEWG) Vote to approve the Impact Analysis and Recommendation Report 4

  5. CCWG May 26th Meeting • ERCOT Communications and ERCOT Website Focus Surveys • CCWG reviewed questions and provided feedback • Survey is available to MPs from June 1 to June 30 • Survey is available from the ERCOT website, ERCOT.com • MPs are encouraged to participate 5

CCWG May 26th Meeting • COPMGRRs • COPMGRR 014, Synchronization of COPMG with PRR804, Revisions to Section 21, Appeal Process • COPMGRR now in 21 Day Comment Period • Updates Section 4, Process for COPMG Revision, to clarify that if a motion to approve a revision request fails, the revision request shall be deemed rejected and subject to appeal, unless at the same meeting that body later votes to recommend approval, remand or refer the revision request 6

CCWG May 26th Meeting • COPMGRRs • Draft COPMGRR, Update to Section 12, Renewable Energy Credits, for PRR808 • PRR808, Clean-up and Alignment of RECs Trading Program Language with PUCT Rules, considered by TAC June 4th • PRR808 defines REC Account, REC Account Holder, and Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) • PRR808 replaces REC Requirement with RPS Requirement • COPMGRR will include more information for microgenerators 7
