  13. Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3Law Of the Kingdom Works of the Law – Heb 10:1-7 For the law, having a _shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, _can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect. _2_ For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once __purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins. _3_ But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. _4_ For _it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins. Christ’s Death Fulfills God’s Will 5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:        Sacrifice and offering You did not desire,        But a body You have prepared for Me. 6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin        You had no pleasure. 7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come—        In the volume of the book it is written of Me—  To do Your will, O God.’ ”

Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3Law Of the Kingdom • Law of God – Matt 22:24-40 • 34_ But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. _35_ Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, _36_ “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said to him, _‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ _38_ This is the first and great commandment. _39_ And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ _40_ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

  16. Getting a Kingdoms Perspective Pt3Law Of the Kingdom • I John 4:20-5:3 • ‍20‍ If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? ‍21‍ And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also. • 5 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. ‍2‍ By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. ‍3‍ For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome
