  3. 14 Steps to form a new vibrant Rotary Club • Hold Interest Meeting when the group will choose - • Dress Code • Meeting night • Meeting time • Refreshment & Room layout • Venue • Database Information including e-mail • Next meeting and frequency • Recruitment

  4. 14 Steps to form a new vibrant Rotary Club • After meeting send e-mail of - Welcome - Minute- Notice of next meeting • When signed up numbers hit 10 - send completed Ext.06 forms to RIBI • Speakers - Life Talks, friends and maybe some Rotarians.

  5. 14 Steps to form a new vibrant Rotary Club • Decide on name of new club • When numbers reach 16 -Nominations and Ballot of Office Bearers • When numbers at 20 - Plan the Inaugural • By Inaugural have 24 in club - Meeting chaired by DG . All sign up.

  6. 14 Steps to form a new vibrant Rotary Club • Within 2 months the club organise their Charter Presentation Night • Year in Care from the date of Charter • 1 year later - transfer to District Membership Services Committee

  7. 14 Steps to form a new vibrant Rotary Club All this needs to make it happen is attitude, persistence and around 6 months
