  4. www.fotbal.cz Rules of contact between Media and Team: Media are not allowed entry into hotel of Czech National Team. Accommodation areas are fully avalaible for players, realization team and members of official delegation. Management of Team will strive to facilitate or needs of accredited media. Non-accredited UEFA journalists will not have access to Press Centre organised by Czech Football Association. All interviews with players must be conducted at specified times in Mix Zone at the stadium or in Press Centre during official press conference the day before matches (see timetable). Procedure for meetings at Press Centre: At the beginning 3 players will be at disposal for individual interviews (maximum 20 minutes). Warning for electronic media: It is necessary to record the coach during press conferences as the coach will not provide interviews individually. At the end of matches, media activities will be guided by UEFA representatives. Media Accreditation for home matches (against Lithuania and Scotland) on: holubova@fotbal.cz. Media Accreditation for training camp of Czech Republic national football team From May 20 to 26, 2008 Bad Kleinkirchheim – Carinthia on: http://cz.badkleinkirchheim.at. Hotel address in Austria during training camp: Hotel Die post, Bad Kleinkircheim, Kärnter, Austria 9456.

  5. www.fotbal.cz Definitions: Training: Training – OPEN – first 20 minutes for media Training – CLOSED – no access for media Training – PUBLIC – access for media and public during the whole training Coach of Czech National Team has the right to change training programmes. Media will be notified of changes in time by team press officer. In some cases the coach may declare training closed – in this case training will be closed to the public and representatives of media. Playing field and its vicinity is only to be used for needs of the Team. The restricted area for pressmen, photographers and television staff will be marked. Press Centre Seefeld: Press Centre is not far from the Czech Team stadium, there will be a space for cca. 150 people, equipped with working places, podiums and panels for press conferences. Work tables and internet access (paid) will be avalaible in Press Centre. Press Centre will be open if the Team is at Seefeld. Opening time will be from 9,00 to 17,00. In the case of afternoon trainings closing time will be at 19,00. The day before the match and the day of the match Press centre will be closed. Media accredited by UEFA will be allowed entry into Press Centre only. Mix Zone: Accredited media will have access to the Mix Zone. All players who take part in a training will be at disposal for not longer than 20 minutes before trainings.

  6. www.fotbal.cz Players´ Meeting: Players´ meeting involves interaction between media and 3 chosen players who will be at disposal for 20 minutes to media at certain places in Press Centre. One of those 3 players will take part. Names of players are chosen by the management of team. To avoid repeating particular players at meetings one player will take part in 1 of 3 successives games only. Press Conference – Press Centre Press conferences will take place according to the timetable. The coach, assistent of the coach, players, eventually the management of the Team will take part. Official Press Conferences: Official press conferences will take place at the stadium, where the match will be held, the day before the match. The official press conference will start an hour before the official training. The coach and one player will take part. NOTE: proposal of the programme will be specified on the website www.fotbal.cz and by team press officer Lukáš Tuček.
