  4. www.fotbal.cz Rules of contact between Media and Team: Media are not allowed entry into the hotel of the Czech National Team. Accommodation areas are avalaible for players, realization team, and members of official delegation only. National Team Management will strive to facilitate all needs of accredited media – contact them. Non-accredited UEFA journalists will not have access to the Press Centre All interviews with players must be conducted at pre-specified times in the “Mix Zone” at the stadium or in the Press Centre during official press conferences (see timetable). Procedure for meetings at Press Centre: up to 3 players will be at disposal for individual interviews (maximum 20 minutes). Warning for electronic media: It is necessary to record the coach statements during the press conferences as the coach will not provide any individual interviews. At the end of matches, media activities will be guided by the official UEFA representatives. For Media Accreditation for home matches (against Lithuania and Scotland) write to: holubova@fotbal.cz.   5. www.fotbal.cz Definitions: Trainings: OPEN training – it is open for the first 20 minutes to the media CLOSED training – no media access PUBLIC training – the media and the public allowed during the whole training The Coach of the Czech National Team has a right to change training schedule. Media will be notified about the changes in time by the team press officer. The coach may also declare a training closed – in this case, the training will be closed to the public and media representatives. The playing ground and its vicinity is only at the disposal of the Team. The area for the press, photographers and television staff will be marked. Press Centre Seefeld: The Press Centre is located not far from the Czech Team stadium; there will be room for some 150 people, equipped with working places, podiums and panels for press conferences. Work desks and Internet access (paid) will be avalaible at the Press Centre. The Press Centre will be open when the Team is at Seefeld. Opening time will be from 9,00 am to 5,00pm. In the case of afternoon trainings, the closing time will be at 7,00pm. The Press centre will be closed one day before the match and the day of the match . Only the media accredited by UEFA will be allowed in the Press Centre. Mix Zone: Accredited media will have access to the Mix Zone. All the players who participate in a training will be available to the media for a period of up to 20 minutes before trainings.

  6. www.fotbal.cz Players´ Meeting: A players´ meeting means a meeting of 3 chosen players with the media for 20 minutes at the given places in the Press Centre. One of those 3 players will take part at the press conference. The players are chosen by the management of the team. One player will be available no more than once in three consecutive days. Press Conferences at the Press Centre Press conferences will take place according to the timetable. The coach, assistants of the coach, players, eventually the management of the Team will take part. Official Press Conferences: Official press conferences will take place at the stadium, where the match will be held, the day before the match. The official press conference will start an hour before the official training. The coach and one player will be available. NOTE: The proposal of the programme is subject to change.
