The first of its kind workshop for evaluation of nuclear structure data was held at Variable Energy Cyclotron facility of Indian Department of Atomic Energy at Kolkata, India, during November 26 to November 29, 2012. The workshop was attended by about forty graduate students and post-docs from various Indian universities and the national laboratories. Kolkata Workshop

  6. Interested participants, about thirty five in number, were divided into five groups. (Balraj Singh Coordinator) Collectively these groups undertook evaluation of mass A=215 as practical example as well as actual evaluation under the leadership of experienced evaluators. Some work was done but mostly the evaluation will be completed via e-mail correspondence Kolkata Workshop

  7. Very impressed with high quality of participants. Some seem very energetic and anxious to learn the process and hopefully stay involved. The workshop was well organized and a great success. Kolkata Workshop
