  4. The Customize Services tab defaults to the Searching subtab. A thumbnail screenshot provides an interactive map allowing the user to hover over certain areas to view an enlarged image and more info about that feature.

  5. Screen continued from previous slide. User selects link to modify Limiters.

  6. User edits Limiter labels in multiple languages. Selecting the language drop down field dynamically generates the appropriate language into the editable fields. User decides to show limiters when patron is searching a single database or multiple databases. User submits changes and is returned to the main Searching subtab screen.

  7. User selects link to modify Local Collections as Limiters.

  8. Labels may be edited for multiple languages. Actual settings only apply once.

  9. User selects link to modify Expanders.

  10. User edits Expander labels in multiple languages. Selecting the language drop down field dynamically generates the appropriate language into the editable fields. A new “proximity” expander is included.

  11. User selects link.

  12. User submits changes and is returned to the main Searching subtab screen.

  13. User selects Databases subtab. Access to modify limiters is also available from this screen. Databases may be added to the profile if the subscription allows.

  14. If user makes an edit and does not Submit before trying to move to another area of EBSCOadmin a message prompt is given.

  15. If there are no additional databases available the Add New Databases link is not displayed. Databases can be ordered alphabetically.

  16. Viewing Results subtab is on.

  17. Linking subtab is on. User selects link.

  18. Additional links may be added to profile if available. Setup/Maintain CustomLinks only appears if user has permission. User selects link.

  19. User selects link to view properties of Google before adding to the profile.

  20. User views properties of the Google link and clicks Close to return to the previous page.

  21. User selects a new tab.

  22. Delivery Options subtab is on.

  23. Multilanguage Options subtab is on.

  24. Branding subtab is on. Link available only if user has permission.

  26. The Reports & Statistics tab defaults to the Standard Reports sub tab. The Session report is on by default. Selecting another report option will dynamically repaint the contents of the page.

  27. The Session by Hour report option has been selected and contents of the page repainted dynamically.

  28. User chooses settings and selects Show Report to view the report.

  30. User selects Closeand is returned to the original report screen.

  31. The Database report option has been selected and contents of the page repainted dynamically.

  32. The Title report option has been selected.

  33. The IP report option has been selected.

  35. User chooses settings and selects Show Report to view the report.

  36. User selects Closeand is returned to the original report screen.

  37. User selects E-mail to email the report.

  38. User chooses settings and selects Schedule Report.

  40. User clicks on hyperlinked report name to edit the report

  41. After clicking Submit user is taken back to the View/Edit Scheduled Reports subtab main page. Cancel also returns user to the View/Edit Scheduled Reports subtab main page.
