  3. INFORME SOLICITADO POR: Juzgado: en lo Penal de Sentencia Nº 22 – Santa Fe Carátula: “GONZALEZ, Sergio Daniel s/ abuso sexual con acceso carnal.” Expte. N°: 78/04. OBJETO DEL TRABAJO: Análisis de ADN para filiación. DESCRIPCIÓN DE MUESTRAS RECIBIDAS: Naturaleza de las muestras Nombres Sangre MARTI, María Consuelo Sangre MARTI, Juan Manuel Sangre GONZALEZ, Sergio Daniel CONCLUSIONES: Los resultados obtenidos son compatibles con la existencia de vínculo de Paternidad de GONZALEZ, Sergio Daniel respecto de GONZÁLEZ, Juan Manuel. El Índice de Paternidad es de 2,7 x 1012 y la Probabilidad de Paternidad superior al 99,999%.
