  3. EXPERIENCIAS:Procesos sociales dinámicos y complejos • CONDICIONES DEL CONTEXTO • SITUACIONES PARTICULARES • ACCIONES, PERCEPCIONES, INTERPRETACIONES, EMOCIONES E INTENCIONES DE LOS SUJETOS • RESULTADOS DE LAS ACCIONES • RELACIONES Y REACCIONES

  4. EXPERIENCIAS: Vitales, cargadas de una enorme riqueza. Procesos inéditos e irrepetibles. • COMPRENDERLAS, • EXTRAER SUS ENSEÑANZAS Y COMUNICARLAS.

  5. SISTEMATIZAR: • Reconstruir lo que sucedió en esos procesos • Ordenar los diferentes elementos objetivos y subjetivos que intervinieron • COMPRENDER E INTERPRETAR LOS PROCESOS • SACAR LECCIONES DE LA PROPIA PRÁCTICA.

  7. ¿PARA QUÉ SISTEMATIZAR? Para aprender críticamente de nuestras experiencias y asi poder:

Tener una comprensión más profunda de las experiencias que realizamos, con el fin de mejorar nuestra propia práctica. • Compartir con otras prácticas semejantes las enseñanzas surgidas en nuestras experiencias. • Enriquecer la reflexión teórica con los conocimientos surgidos de las prácticas concretas.

  9. La Sistematización de una experiencia: üProduce nuevo conocimiento. üNos hace objetivar lo vivido: “Hacer un alto para mirar el camino andado”. üPone en orden conocimientos desordenados y percepciones dispersas. üCrea un espacio para compartir y confrontar las interpretaciones de los sujetos.

  10. Condicionespara Sistematizar Personales: • Interés en aprender de la experiencia. • Sensibilidad para dejarla hablar por sí misma. • Habilidad para hacer análisis y síntesis

  11. Condicionespara Sistematizar Institucionales: • Que la sistematización sea una prioridad para la política de la institución u organización. • La búsqueda de coherencia para el trabajo en equipo. • Impulsar un proceso acumulativo dentro de nuestras entidades.

  12. ALGUNAS PREGUNTAS: - ¿Quién Sistematiza? - ¿Cómo se puede hacer de forma participativa? - ¿Se puede sistematizar cualquier experiência? - ¿Diferencias entre Evaluación y Sistematización?
