  3. Adding Grades & Comments • Choose the class you want to add • To add quickly use control + D to fill down the list of students

  4. Adding Grades Make sure the grade column reflects what you are working on Progress= progress reports Term= end of quarter Term= quarter that is appropriate

  5. Saving • As you add your grades and comments it automatically saves for you but…. • Posting your grades is another saving tip • You can re-save
