CSR definition To meet the needs of all direct and indirect stakeholders / participants - employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, influential groups, local communities, without compromising the needs of future stakeholders CSR involves placing all aspects of the company's activities (economic, environmental, social) in order to have public good

Plus, Knjazevac – (investingin human resources, support of young designers) SB Merkur, Vrnjacka Banja - (health education for people of all age on diabetes) BIS Recycling Center, Pancevo- (environment project - education for local communities on proper disposal of electric and electronic waste)

Voluntary initiative, no membership fees Established in 2000. by UN Generally Secretary Kofi Annan More than 10.00 participants-largest CSR initiative in the world 101 LNs all over the world (38 in Europe) Recognized by European Commission in Development CSR Strategy 2011-2014

Global Compact Network Serbia GCLN in Serbia was established on 6th December 2007 Semi-formal organizational structure: Steering Committee (Trag Fondation , Erste bank, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Telenor Serbia, Ernst and Young) Seven Working Groups (Environment, Social Inclusion, CSR in Banking and Finance, Anti-Corruption, Education and Development of CSR, Media, Labor Rights) Secretariat - Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia Number of participants: 93 47 companies (Large and SMEs) 8 Business Associations 26 NGOs 5 Academic Institutions 4 Trade Unions and 3 Cities
