  8. Exercise plays a role • Yoga • Taking a longer route to class • While sitting at their desk do simple leg exercises • Sign up for an elective class like dance/volleyball. Why not get an A and help boost your GPA while staying healthy? • Plan those 30 minutes a day to exercise.
