Common CfE Model S1 Transition Year 10-15 Subjects S4 5 Subjects at National 4 or 5 S5 5 Subjects at National 4/5/HG S2 & S3 8 Subjects S6 3-5 Subjects at National 4/5 Positive Destinations 3.
