  6. SakshamBatch TakeawaysMangalayatan University Educators said that they use technology in their personal lives but post this training, they will start incorporating ICT in their teaching. Participants said that software tools such as LCDS are very useful in their academic profession. Faculty from Engineering stream said that getting to know about Soft Skills has been very valuable for them Almost all participants said that they used to work in isolation but this training gave them opportunity to interact with peers and give them confidence to collaborate and share ideas VC has stressed that each participant should start a training batch in the winter vacation
