  3. Special Olympics Setting Power lifting is offered for the Fall Classic season. Gymnastics is another Fall Classic sport offered. Cycling is one of the smallest summer sports offered. Bowling is a sport for everyone because there are numerous accommodations. Volleyball is one of the six summer sports offered . Soccer, the sport I coach, has team and individual skills players that play in our summer sports. Basketball has team and individual play September through February.   6. Engagement Activities SPECIAL RECOGNITION FOR TWO OF OUR COACHES! Special Olympics Seminole County would like to extend a big thank you to volunteer soccer coaches Stephanie Sharrer and Brittany Mondo. The two visited almost every supermarket in Seminole County to get donations for the 2009 Summer Sports State Games. Their efforts resulted in 6 new coolers for SOSC, $150 in gift cards, 300 bottles Gatorade and lots of water!

  8. Reflection All athletes and coaches that went to State Games at Disney’s Wide World of Sports in May 2009. We are now preparing to go to State Games this year!
