  4. Instructions Summary of Financial/Project Data • Quotations (Section IV) • Method of Purchase & Project Schedule (Section V) • Status in the Budget/Plan Including any Variances, etc. and Related Retirements (Section VI) Endorsements & Approvals (Section VII)
