  3. BR 652/752 platform Nilfisk BR652/752 is the new compact ride-on scrubber-dryer of the Nilfisk range, which substitutes the current BR601/651/751 platform.

BR 652/752: basic specifications • Dimensions (body): 136x61x120cm (l x w x h) • Deck types: 66 and 71cm disc/ 71cm cylindrical • Battery operated: 24V with 3 hours estimated running time • Tank capacity: 80 liters • Max speed: 6 km/h • Brush speed: disc 230 RPM • cyl. 720 RPM • Brush pressure: 30-48 / 32-50kg • Noise level: 60 dB(A)

  5. BR 652/752: configuration The new BR 652/752 platform will be available in 6 different versions BR 652 2 brushes/pads – scrubbing width 660 mm BR 652 w. OBC 2 brushes/pads – scrubbing width 660 mm BR 752 2 brushes/pads – scrubbing width 710 mm BR 752 w. OBC 2 brushes/pads – scrubbing width 710 mm BR 752 cyl. 2 cyl. brushes – scrubbing width 710 mm BR 752 cyl. w. OBC 2 cyl. brushes – scrubbing width 710 mm The decks are interchangeable disc to disc, not disc to cyl.

Preparing the machine • BR 652 /752 key features when preparing the machine : • Tiltable recovery tank: easy access to the large battery compartment and to all components (batteries, charger, vac,…). • All the electronics are located in one sealed box • = Easy to manage-service/Reliability • Accessible filling port with standard filling hose, for an easy refill of the solution tank in any area and condition • = Easy to refill, no water spill • The machine has, without doubt, one of the lowest foot platforms ever seen. Operator can easily access from both sides to the driving position • = Easy to access

Using the machine • New steering wheel concept: • - one paddle to activate Ecoflex, another one for forward/reverse selection • - all the working functions integrated on the dashboard on the steering wheel • So you can activate/deactivate everything without releasing the steering wheel. • = Easy to use/Easy to drive • Control panel waterproof and with standard One Touch system: one button to activate all the functions and be ready to clean= Reliability and Ergonomics

Brush pressure settings (30-48 / 32/50 kg) and water settings (1-3 liter/min) match any cleaning need in any light-medium duty environment= Ergonomics & Reliability • The Ecoflex chemical kit (optional for all the variants) ensures a correct detergent dosage directly on the deck= Economy & Efficiency • Low noise level (60dBA) and specific low noise mode (57dBA) to make the machine even more silent : • - to give full access to sensitive areas, such as hospital corridors • - to be the perfect machine to operate in day-time cleaning. • = Economy & Efficiency

Using the machine: Ecoflex • New Ecoflex system: GREEN MEETS CLEAN which means • consumption control without compromising cleaning performance. • - when driver starts the BR652/752, he works in a Green permanent mode (saving water/ detergent and energy). • - just clicking the EcoFlex paddle, the machine will boost water, detergent and down pressure, for heavier cleaning tasks • after 1 minute, the machine will return to Green mode automatically …. • … consequently, Ecoflex helps the user to permanently save all 3 important parameters: water, detergent and energy ( but strong boost action possible every time it is necessary) • = Economy & Efficiency

  14. Using the machine • The machine has a remarkable maximum speed of 6 km/h = Productivity • The machine is governed by responsive PU traction wheel which ensures a climbing capacity of 16%. Rear PU wheels guarantee good grip, no marking and resistance = Ergonomics & Efficiency • Automatic speed control (patented): • - automatic acceleration, soft deceleration on tight curves (sosoft that the driver cannot feel it, only a light blinks on the dashboard when the speed control is acting on curves) • - no risk at all to tilt in any condition • = Safety & Efficiency

Using the machine: new deck system turning right • New deck system (linked to the steering wheel): • when turning the steering wheel on the left, the deck is moving on the left as well (same on the opposite side); • - no need of side skirt anymore: the deck way is perfectly covered by the squeegee, and so vacuumized • - the deck, protected by big bumpers, moves inside the machine body if hitting an obstacle (machine and environment protection). • = Ergonomics – Efficiency - Reliability turning left

Using the machine • New squeegee concept • Complementary with the new deck system, the new squeegee: • is not swinging, it moves (and in case releases) only when hitting obstacles … • so it perfectly follows the deck/water track, even in case of tight curves, without leaving any trace = Ergonomics & Efficiency • Squeegee automatically raise in reverse= Reliability • Easy squeegee adjustment by a knob, which can be easily reached = Easy to use

After use • The BR 652/752 key features when the work is done: • Extensible and squeezable drain hose with screw cap, to control the water flow = Easy to drain • Once the recovery tank is drained, it is possible to use the new sol. tank drain system to: • - drain the solution tank as well • - start to clean the recovery tank • = Sol. tank easy to drain / Rec. tank easy to clean • Standard debris tray: the water is drained without debris, no risk of clogging • = Easy to clean • Large recovery tank access provides easy cleaning task • = Easy to clean

After use • The squeegee blades can be removed and cleaned without tools = Easy to service • Squeegee can be hung on the recovery tank =Easy to transport/Easy to dry • Thanks to the new kickstand fixed to the recovery tank: • - when needed, the machine can be left/parked with the recovery tank slightly open • - so the machine can be charged in narrow areas (the small opening allows the gas dissipation) where it is not possible to completely tilt the recovery tank • = Easy to maintain/Easy to park
