Who We Are Helpers.sg is online job site specifically for domestic helpers in Singapore, our goal to bring both employers and helpers to a common platform, that is transparent, cost-efficient and easy to use. We hope that by starting helpers.sg, we are able to provide our users with a convenient and cost-efficient way of hiring. Helpers.sg is owned and operated by Jobs and Staff Pte Ltd a Social Enterprise employment agency registered with the Ministry of Manpower Singapore.

  2. Working in Singapore Singapore is a great place to work in. Safe – Singapore is one of the safest countries in the world, with an extremely low crime rate. It is common for ladies to walk alone in the middle of the night. And with the strict employment laws in place, workers rights are also strongly protected. High Pay – The monthly salary in Singapore is easily 3 to 5 times the pay most will be getting in their home country, enabling workers to earn more money, quickly. Large Foreign Community – Singapore, being Asia’s melting pot, attracts millions of foreign workers from other Asian countries. And with close to 220,000 domestic helpers in Singapore, with majority of domestic helpers from Indonesia, The Philippines, and Myanmar. You can be assured a fellow countryman is not far.

  3. How it Works (Employers) We hope that helpers.sg will help you to find your ideal helper in a convenient, transparent and cost efficient manner. Overview After you have sent us your requirements for your ideal domestic helper, we will send you suitable candidates for your job. You can also search through our database of available candidates and request to interview them. You may request to meet their in your home or through digital platforms, but we will require you to provide us with a copy of your ID and a signed undertaking. OR We can arrange for the helper and yourself to have a face to face interview (transfer helpers only) at our office. Once you have decide to hire one of the candidates, you will need to submit a job order and job offer detailing the task and responsibilities your helper is required to perform in her job. If she accepts, we can then proceed to make the appropriate applications and submissions.
