  5. Introduction to invention • Extraction of crude protein from soya bean • Acid treatment  enzyme treatment using amylase/cellulase  inoculate with Bacillus natto  fermentation • 40% crude protein derived

Commercialisation plan • To apply for license for the use of the technology • Royalty awarded to the inventers • When approved, proceed to use soya bean waste as a raw material to derive crude protein • Alternatively, use another bacteria e.g. lactic acid bacteria in fermentation • Apply a patent for the use of this new bacteria in the fermentation process to enhance crude protein value
