Member Roster Overview • The Member Roster is One of Our Most Important Assets • Critical for Communication and Networking – Fulfilling One of Rotary’s Mission Goals • Current Roster Information Is REQUIRED to Facilitate Good Communication • Your Information is Viewable by Any Member of Rotary Across the World • Information May Be Modified by You or Those with Administrative Privileges Within the Club • Privacy is Assured Outside of Rotary – User Names and Passwords are Required to Access the Roster

Member Profile Overview • Your Member Profile Tells Other Rotary Members About You • Important to Building Professional and Social Connections • Do Not Use Roster Information to Build Commercial Mailing Lists • You Are Responsible for Keeping Your Information Current!!! • Critical Items for You to Update • Contact Information (Address, Phone, Email) • Company and Job Position • Education and Hobbies • Photograph!!! • Spouse / Partner • Birthday / Anniversary • Other Items that the Club Maintains • Committee Assignments • Attendance • Membership Anniversaries • Awards (Paul Harris Fellow, Will Watt Fellow, Etc)

  4. Logging Into the Roster • Your User Name is Your Registered Email Address • Your Password Is Your Rotary Membership Number Your Membership Number

  7. Roster Home Page Committee Assignments Member Profiles Search Members Club Statistics District Statistics

  8. Edit Your Information 1. Click on the Members tab to go to Your Profile 2. Click [Edit] to Update Your Information

  9. Edit Your Information Photograph Member Data Contact Information Spouse / Partner Business Information Education and Hobbies

  10. Change Password 2. Click Update 1. Enter Your New Password
