September 2006 • AIV & LUDIT kopen NAS. • AIV zal switchen van LinSam naar AIV-AD. • Voorstel KULnet waarbij KULeuven-AD boven AIV-AD. • Naast AIV kunnen dan ook anderen authenticeren op KULeuven-AD. • Misschien ook de LinSam-mers? • FSW zou op die manier Centraal kunnen authenticeren. Oktober 2006 • AD-meeting georganisseerd door Jan Du Caju in GHB. • Aanwezig : Gert Goos, Dirk Rober, Stephan Sas,Rudy Rys, • Werner Maes, Ronny Moreas, Jan Du Caju. • Bedoeling is de wensen/eisen te kennen. • AD-project is gelinkt aan Groupware en NAS-Storage. • Opzet wordt door ICT afgewezen omwille van “te omvangrijk”. Januari 2007 • Opstelling lastenboek “Groupware” door AIV voor centrale diensten. • Omvat ondermeer keuze van “Sharepoint”, “Kalender” • “Gemeenschappelijke teksten”, .... • Project zal duidelijk niet beperkt blijven tot centrale diensten. • Invloed op de ganse KULeuven en misschien zelfs “Associatie”. Februari 2007 • Nieuw initiatief van Herman Moons om AD-werkgroep te starten. • Op 8 maart een eerste vergadering. • Werkgroep wordt samengesteld met 1 vertegenwoordiger van elke groep (Bio, Wet, Hum), 3 LinSam-mers, 1 AIV, 1 Ludit, Security Officer en een voorzitter. • Gert Goos, Stephan Sas, Dirk Rober, Chris Belmans, Johan Van Rensbergen, Wim Malliet, Stefan Tack, Rudy Rys, • Jan Du Caju, Herman Moons.   15. Maart 2007 • 8 maart een 1ste sessie met als doelstellingen : • Opstellen “Vision Statement”. • Identificeren van de noden (Bv. Waarom AD?) • Uitwerken implementatie scenarios. • Aanmaken van Wiki waar leden relevante info achterlaten. • Kan later (?) door Burnet / KulSysMn geraadpleegd worden. • Project wordt aan ICTS voorgesteld op 5 Juni ek. April 2007 Conclusies : • Situatie is nog niet duidelijk. • Invloed van groepen (Bio, Wet en Hum) op ICT-keuzes. • Keuze van “Groupware” gaat verder dan centrale diensten. • Win/Client kan authenticeren op AD EN LinSam-shares gebruiken. • Onduidelijk wat AD-groep zal aanbieden. (2de Sess. 20 april) • Kan LinSam inpikken op de toekomstige keuzes? LinSam-AD 17/18 19 april 2007
