  2. Classificação de Risco pelo Enfermeiro. Objetivo: Melhorar a segurança dos pacientes (primeiro contato do paciente com o enfermeiro); Agilidade dos atendimentos prioritários; Diminuir tempo de espera em todas as etapas do atendimento.

  3. Modelo Canadense

  4. Chegada com classificação Nível 1 –Emergência, necessidade de intervenção imediata.

  5. Chegada com classificação Nível 2 - Sala Observação Adulto, intervenção rápida

  6. Consultórios Ortopedia e Sala de Imobilização

  7. Encaminhamento ao SADT(Serviço de Verificação Diagnóstica - Radiologia

  8. Radiologia

  9. Tomografia e Ultrassom

  10. Entrada UTI 8º C/ Centro Cirúrgico
