  2. Michel Nostradamus Nostradamus nació el 14 de diciembre de 1503 en la población de Saint-Remy, en Provenza. Era hijo natural de René y Jacques de Notredame. En su niñez le gustaba reunirse con sus abuelos, Jean de Saint-Remy y Pierre de Notredame, médicos personales del rey Renato y de su hijo, el duque de Calabria y Lorena, quienes le inculcaron el placer por la lectura, los idiomas y el estudio

  3. Esnotable que aprendiera con relativa soltura el latín, griego y hebreo y sintiera una especial predilección por las matemáticas. Más tarde su abuelo Jean le enseñaría lo que más tarde le daría la absoluta inmortalidad pública, es decir, el estudio de las ciencias astrales, la astrología.
