Mark Twain Award Nominees for 2008-2009 • There are 12 titles on this year’s nominee list. • The books can be broken down into 4 main categories…Realistic Fiction, Fantasy, Adventure, & Historical Fiction.

Taking a Mark Twain Quiz • All of the Mark Twain quizzes are located on a website with a direct link from the school’s main webpage. • In order to pass, you must get at least 8 out of 10 questions correct. • You will only have 12 minutes to take the test. • You can take the test up to three times.
Voting and the Picnic • In order to vote on your favorite Mark Twain nominee book, you must have read at least 4 of the titles by March 6th, 2009. • To attend the Mark Twain picnic at the end of the year, you need to read at least 8 of the titles by April 10th, 2009.
