  2. 案情摘要 0219日0610時 花蓮空巡組接獲空勤總隊任務通報： 於花蓮七腳川溪出海口處有1名釣客不慎落海失蹤，請求救援。 檢查出勤裝備 檢查吊藍D環鈎接中

  3. 處置概要 0752時 特勤隊張志雄及鍾智雄隊員自花蓮機場起飛。 0822時 於七腳川溪出海口距岸約300公尺處，發現溺者並展開救援。 0822時發現落海人員的經緯度 交由地面指揮官與家屬相驗

  4. 救援成效 0827時 搜救員將溺者撈起（無意識）並進行吊離移至國姓廟旁空曠處， 交由岸巡人員處理後續。 交由岸上海巡人員帶離 交由岸巡人員處理後續
