  7. View your support cases and statistics

  8. Log new cases, view and amend existing support cases Select “New Case” to log a new technical support case My Cases

  9. Enter in the details of the case My Cases – New Case

  10. View account summary and download copy invoices here

  11. View your financial statement with paid and unpaid invoices related to your account My Financial Summary

  12. A copy of your invoice is available for viewing or download as a PDF My Financial Summary

  13. Vote for ideas already logged to help gauge their relevance Post new ideas on how to improve our portal or products Add comments or detail to existing ideas Ideas
