  6. Total Appropriations - FY-03 – FY-12 Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers used as index

  7. FY-12 Appropriations by Agency - SB 972 includes supplemental funding of $10.0 million for ad valorem reimbursement, $10.0 million for Higher Education and $1.4 million for Career Technology

  8. FY-12 Appropriations by Agency - Central Services includes funding for operations of the new courts building and for replacement of a chiller at the Davison Building - Election Board includes funding for the presidential preferential primary and the 2012 primary election. - Tax Commission received $85,000 previously appropriated to the Auditor for the county officer training programs.

  9. FY-12 Appropriations by Agency - $2.55 million in pass-through programs previously funded at the Health Department are now funded through University Hospitals. - The effective reduction to the Health Department is 4.2% and will ensure continuation of child abuse prevention programs

  10. FY-12 Appropriations by Agency - Agriculture appropriation includes funding to limit reductions to rural fire grants. - Commerce includes funding for interest payments for BRAC related local obligations pursuant to 74 O.S., Section 5062.30 et seq. - Corporation Commission includes restoration of $1.9 million in appropriated funds inadvertently removed in FY-09.

  11. FY-12 Appropriations by Agency - The limited reduction in Corrections funding will prevent furloughs and reductions in private prison contract per-diem amounts. - Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs will utilize fee revenue received through the wire transfer fee collected pursuant to 63 O.S., Section 2-503.1j - District Court funding includes authorization of $6.0 million in anticipated carryover in the Judicial Revolving Fund.

  12. FY-12 Appropriations by Agency - House of Representatives supplemental funding is necessary because of an existing contract for the decennial publication of statutes.
