  18. Neden dual trigger? • Tek başına GnRHa ile tetikleme canlı doğum oranlarında önemli bir düşüş yaratmaktadır Cochrane Database Syst Rev 2011;1:CD008046. Ama dual tetiklemede; • GnRH agonist OHSS riskini azaltırken, • Azaltılmış doz hCG de luteal fonksiyonu idame ettirmektedir.
