  5. Quarterly Letter to Club Presidents • DCP update • Ribbons for: • Communication • Leadership Awards • Club Awards • Create awareness/recognition in the club

  6. Distinguished Club Recognition Hall of Fame Recognition at Conference & Convention: • Distinguished Clubs 3 years or more in a row • President’s Distinguished for 3 years or more in a row • Distinguished every Year since Club Charter

  7. Member Incentives CC/CL CL/ALB Triple Crown Club Coach Members Making a Difference

  8. Educational Incentives

  9. Competent Communicator & Competent Leadership – CC/CL • Earn a CC & CL Award before June 30, 2015 and earn a Toastmasters Membership Pin

  10. Competent Leadership & Advanced Leadership Bronze – CL/ALB • Earn a CL/ALB award combination prior to June 30, 2015 and earn a “Where Leaders Are Made” pin

  11. Triple Crown Award • Sponsor 3 New Members Or • Earn 3 Educational Awards

Members Making A Difference One award per club given to a person who has made a difference in their club by: • Promoting the club • Developing a Membership Building Contest • Befriending guests & encouraging them to become members • Sponsoring/Mentoring new members • Planning an Open House • Being friendly & supportive

  13. Successful Club Coach • Successfully Coach a Struggling Club to rebuild and become Distinguished before June 30, 2015 • Earn your ALS Credit • Earn “Where Leaders Are Made” pin

  14. Club Incentives • Sunshine Clubs • 7/7 x 2 • Go Getter • Open House • Speechcraft • Youth Leadership • Club Fitness • CC/CL Challenge

  15. Membership Retention & Club Growth Incentives Individual Member Awards

  16. Sunshine Clubs Ribbon for clubs that meet at least 2 times during the summer Must register on the District 42 website

  17. 7/7 Club Officers Trained – 2 times per year

  18. Go Getter Award • Earn 5 DCP points before January 31, 2015

  19. Open House Showcase Ribbon • Hold an Open House • Register on D42: Room 204

  20. CC/CL Challenge Award • Ribbon for clubs that have multiple CC/CL awards in the Toastmaster’s Year

  21. Speechcraft Award Ribbon Conduct a Speechcraft Program in your Club: • Register to earn a ribbon for your Club Banner • D42 website – Room 204 • Note: Kits available for clubs with 15 or less members

  22. Youth Leadership Ribbon • Co-ordinator earns ribbon for Club Banner • Register on D42 Website – Incentives Room 204

  23. Club Fitness Award Membership Roster Club Officer List by: Nov. 30 and May 31 Confirm: • Members dues are paid • Contact info is up to date • Club Executive List is accurate • Submit rosters on D42 website

  24. New Club Charters July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 Banner & Lectern
