Criminal statistical surveys in Serbia are published by the Judicial and Gender Statistics Groups within the Republic Statistical Office (Serbian RSO). • A survey implies statistical collection and processing of data on reported, indicted, and convicted adult and minor offenders. • Such surveys have been conducted in Serbia since 1953. www.stat.gov.rs pub@stat.gov.rs

Four regular annual offender surveys: Survey of adults against whom criminal charges were brought and the pre-trial proceedings completed – reported adults Survey of adult offenders against whom criminal proceedings were completed with a valid court decision – indicted and convicted adults Survey of minors against whom criminal charges were brought and the pre-trial proceedings completed – reported minors Survey of minors against whom criminal proceedings before the council were completed – indicted and convicted minors www.stat.gov.rs pub@stat.gov.rs
