This project aims to assess the effectiveness of forestry and range practices in maintaining the integrity of stream ecosystems and wildlife habitat. Through data collection, analysis, and decision-making, the project will identify implementation issues and recommend improvements for sustainable environmental management.

  4. Riparian Monitoring Question Are riparian forestry and range practices effective in maintaining the structural integrity and functions of stream ecosystems and other aquatic resource features over both the short and long term?

  5. Stand-level Biodiversity Question Is stand-level retention providing the range of habitat with the structural attributes understood as necessary for maintaining the species dependent on wildlife trees and CWD?

  6. FREP Performance Measures 1. % of districts that collect site data (related to fish/riparian and biodiversity FRPA values) for resource stewardship monitoring under FREP. (100%) • % of FREP values with measurable indicators for evaluation. (5) • # of EE projects completed. (4-6)
